GOSHEN, Ind.

This single is a preview of Friko’s second ever album, Something Worth Waiting For. It’s  set to release on April 24. They did announce a new album with the release of Seven Degrees. So if you’re a Friko fan, set the date as an important one.

The band started just about 6 years ago after Niko Kapetan and Bailey Minzenberger graduated from Evanston Township High School and had a dream. Just three years later they would release their debut album “Where We’ve Been, where we go from here.” The release of this album would expand the band to become a quartet. Adding two newest members David Fuller the now bass guitarist and guitarist Korgan Robb.

The band has confirmed a major hometown release show of the 2026 album. It’s set to take place at the Metro Chicago venue on April 25th. This will not only be a special show for the band but also one dollar from each ticket will go to Santa For a Day, a public charity who answers letters to Santa from kids in underserved communities.
