GOSHEN, Ind. — Due to deteriorating court conditions, the Mens and Womens Tennis Programs have moved all of their home matches over to Goshen Junior High School this year.
Junior Carlos Lichty expressed his concerns about the dangers of the courts and highlighted some of the parts of the courts that need some attention.
Fellow Junior Pedro Scattolon from Argentina noted that while the situation with the courts is not ideal there are still some benefits to the move.
Assistant Athletic Director Chad Coleman assured Globe Sports that the tennis courts are a big priority and that there are solutions on the way in the near future.
The leafs are back in action next when they face off against Marian in the CrossRoads League Tournament the week of Oct. 2.
