GOSHEN, Ind. — This year is the 17th annual celebration for Record Store Day.

The residents of Goshen take this day very seriously, as many of them arrived 5 hours before the 8am opening.

Co-Owner Julie Hershberger spent the whole week preparing for the event and looking up the most popular albums to offer the customers.

Many of the people in line were waiting for the new offers this year that included Kiss, The 1975 and Taylor Swift.

The event was a success as the line was out the door and around the corner for the big opening.
