GOSHEN, IN — For many student-athletes out of season, preparation is just as important as in-season training.

First-year women’s Soccer player Eliana Lang shares the full schedule of practice, skills training, and weight lifting that she follows in order to prepare for soccer season to return.

Sophomore transfer from New Zealand Nathan Anderson notes the importance of out-of-season preparation and shares some of the ways that he can focus his improvement even when out of season.
