In episode twelve of the Globe Sports Corner, hosted by Josh Taylor, we start with a look at the men’s volleyball team and the success of the team in their second official season. The team currently stands at 12-6 and 3-3 in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference. Benjamin Cotton talked with Jim Daugherty, head coach for the team, and Nick Yutzy, junior defensive specialist for the team about their winning ways and what has led to that. Both Daugherty and Yutzy agree that the leadership on the team has helped the team throughout the season and will be a key factor for the rest of the season.

William Troyer interviews Tanner Camp, Benjamin Cotton, and Alyson Prigge, the three seniors for the Goshen College men’s and women’s basketball teams. The three seniors reflect on their time as a Maple Leaf and being active members of 91.1 The Globe. The three comments on how each of them has grown both as basketball players and people as a whole. Troyer also talks with the three about key people during their four years that have helped make their experience memorable and how they helped make them become the person they are today. Finally, the three look back on what they will miss most about Goshen College and how the friendships they have made will last a lifetime.
